4. Developer Responsibilities

Every developer using PRIMEz is strictly responsible for the content and services they publish. You agree to:

• Respect third-party software licenses, copyrights, and trademarks.
• Refrain from misleading users regarding script safety, functionality, or performance.

5. Content Ownership, Licensing & DMCA Takedown Procedure

You retain full ownership of the original code and creative assets you author and upload to PRIMEz. By publishing content to the platform or gateway, you grant PRIMEz a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, virtualize, cache, transmit, and deliver that content solely as required to provide platform features.

DMCA & Copyright Notice: If you believe any script, file, or content hosted on PRIMEz infringes upon your copyright or intellectual property, please submit a formal takedown notice to our designated agent at primez.studios.7@gmail.com including: (a) identification of the copyrighted work, (b) the specific PRIMEz URL, slug, or identifier, and (c) valid proof of ownership or legal authorization. Infringing content will be investigated and removed expeditiously in compliance with applicable copyright laws.

6. Code Protection, Aegis VM & Third-Party Key Systems

PRIMEz provides code protection, virtualization, and execution sanitization through the Aegis VM engine. These features are designed to protect developer intellectual property from automated dumping and decompilation. Users agree not to use protection features to conceal malware, evade fraud detection, or disguise malicious payloads.

No virtualization service can guarantee that client-executed code will remain completely impervious to manual reverse engineering. Developers remain responsible for testing their releases.

Third-Party Key Systems & Monetization: Developers who integrate external key systems or link shorteners (e.g., Linkvertise, LootLabs, Keyrblx) are solely responsible for ensuring their links do not distribute deceptive adware, malware, or fraudulent surveys. PRIMEz does not operate, manage, or endorse third-party ad networks.

7. Accounts, Authentication & Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials, passwords, and two-factor authentication tokens. You must not impersonate other developers, share unauthorized credentials, or attempt to circumvent authentication controls. Any suspected account breach must be reported immediately to platform support.

8. Community Rules & Conduct

All members of the PRIMEz community are expected to interact respectfully. Prohibited behavior includes harassment, hate speech, threats, fraudulent scams, deceptive link spreading, rating manipulation, and staff impersonation. Constructive technical feedback and good-faith security disclosures are encouraged.

9. Gateway Delivery, Rate Limits & Infrastructure Protection

PRIMEz operates high-speed execution delivery gateways (/hub/:author/:game/:slug) and WebSocket Sentinel channels. You may not misuse or overload platform infrastructure through automated scraping, denial-of-service (DDoS) floods, memory dumping attempts, or vulnerability exploitation. Gateway traffic is subject to automated IP and HWID rate-limiting to ensure service stability for all creators.

10. Moderation & Account Enforcement

PRIMEz reserves the right to enforce compliance with these Terms. Enforcement actions may include issuing warnings, freezing script delivery via developer killswitch, removing content, suspending developer keys, or permanently terminating platform accounts. In cases involving illegal activity, PRIMEz may report relevant incidents to competent authorities.

11. Third-Party Platforms & Trademark Disclaimers

PRIMEz integrates with third-party APIs, OAuth providers, Discord, GitHub, and cloud hosting services. These services operate under independent terms and privacy policies.

Services are provided on an "as available" basis without warranty of uninterrupted uptime or permanent content storage. Developers should maintain independent backups of critical source files.

13. Privacy & Data Transparency

We handle user and developer information with strict security safeguards. Processing of account emails, hashed credentials, and execution telemetry is governed by our Privacy Policy. PRIMEz never sells personal user data to third parties.

14. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PRIMEz services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. 2. Source Code & Memory Isolation
